When I was very young I wanted to do the splits, but I couldn’t. I managed it up to a point, 5-10 cm from the ground.
One day I had a shower and ran naked and wet in the long hallway between the bathroom and my bedroom. I slipped, my legs opened and my pelvis touched the floor.
It hurt, but I was happy and started shouting “I did it, I did it!”
I could always break my limits accidentally. Through Yoga, I learned how to break them voluntarily.
And that was a big lesson for my whole life!
