Break your limits

by | Nov 15, 2020 | Articles, My Journey

My Life Journey until I discovered Yoga.

When I was very young I wanted to do the splits, but I couldn’t. I managed it up to a point, 5-10 cm from the ground.

One day I had a shower and ran naked and wet in the long hallway between the bathroom and my bedroom. I slipped, my legs opened and my pelvis touched the floor.

It hurt, but I was happy and started shouting “I did it, I did it!”

I could always break my limits accidentally. Through Yoga, I learned how to break them voluntarily.

And that was a big lesson for my whole life!

I really enjoy this theme you have got going on on your site. What is the name of the theme by the way? I was thinking of using this style for the web page I am going to put together for my school project.

Just to let you know, this page appears a little bit funny from my smart phone. Who knows perhaps it really is just my phone. Great article by the way.
